Austria Hungaria - Triest bowl?

Bowl would not be correct name - what is it?

Guilded inside, and with initials RA
Hight 18 cm herof the 12 is the bottom. 2 lion heads.

This could 181 Image Year?


I think the year mark on top would be 1810 to 1819 could that de correct ?
City mark is L - could be difficult to see, but its definite a L

Thanks for the pictures.
Now you can see well enough the letters PL (or PZ), which I believe are the initials of the silversmith.
Unfortunately I did not find any match in my books.

OK thanks for your try.
There are 2 marks on each part. Top: Year/town/purity as one. The second makers mark which i think is PD

On the botom The first 13 over T the second mark look like a year mark from gold. like IXI or 181
