This will apply if you have bought a silver object from an auction or online store, or you have reason to suspect that it may have been via that route before it reached you. Tineye.com is a photo search site. You upload your image; If your object has ever been online it will show; even in cases where the image may have been altered - the site will show.
Clearly this type of search is in infancy; there is only so far one can take a search if the only pix one has are one's own. But they're working on it. Good luck,
