The wonders of the internet will assist you. Many museums have digitized their collections which are viewable on-line. Just one example: The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York has a beaker by Poppe, visible on-line. Another resource is auction house catalogues. Both Christie's and Sotheby's have auctioned objects made by him; their auction catalogues are available on-line & photos can be ordered for your own files (fee-based service). Good luck in your research.

Before I asked I did search and the MET beaker came up..something at the V & A but with a blank image (Ive written to ask for a picture)..and one sold at Christie's.
The online catalog suggestion I didn't think of, thanks.
