1820's French Pocket Watch Case markings

New to the board; hoping someone might. From what I have been able to find, the Lobster/23 stamp refers to the Assay Office in Montbeliard, France 1819-1838: the "P" would be the Paris Assay Office stamp. Other than that, I'm at a loss on the others and the information they contain.
