Who might be the maker of these 3 London spoons? Which I think are hallmarked for 1811 & 1812. I can’t decide if the maker is W.F or W.E but I can’t find a exact match for either of them.

Does appear to be W*E or W pellet E in all three cases, possibly a journeymen's make to the right of the makers mark.
