UnMarked Older SW Silver & Turquoise Ring

This is one of four assorted SW American silver rings I recently acquired.
Two of them are marked; all of them will be shown in this forum soon.

It's a size 10-1/2; stone length is 15/16" X 7/16"; total weight is ~23gm
Can this work be attributed with any accuracy to a Tribe (Navajo, Hopi, Zuni or other)?
Is there anything about it to suggest when made, or an artist or family of artists?
I'm grateful for your comments. wlw
