Hi Martin,
It will need someone with better knowledge of French makers than me to confirm/deny, but I've seen that mark attributed to Raymond Collet of Paris.
Trev.

Thanks Trev, I will see if anyone can confirm this. Any ideas on the flatware pattern?
Cheers,
Martin.

Good call Trev! Yes, this is the mark of Raymond Collet, a manufacturing jeweller and silversmith working in Paris at 29 rue Charlot. He registered his mark on 17 September 1911; no date is given for cessation of activity. Collet’s symbol was a footed glass.
I have no idea what the pattern was named, but if describing this item for an auction, I’d say it falls into the general category called modèle uniplat or plain pattern. To be more precise you’d have to look for the maker’s catalogue (if it existed) or consult a trade journal for the period such as l’Almanach Azur.
Hope this helps.
