Not clear if this is London or York, 1774 or 1854 and if the latter has the tax been paid ? Also J.H is not in a sunken area. Any comments gratefully received. Thanks.

When I am logged into Google it state this 'You do not have permission to view this album.' when I click the link to view the photos.
