I have a ladle that's tested as at least coin but the marks are so tiny, they're really difficult to make out & my camera fails a bit. I'm pretty sure the initials are T C & the other mark could be a lion passant. The only possibility I've been able to come up with is Theodor Cohn, London, around the turn of the 20th century.
It's not fully hallmarked & I though the Crown beheaded people for not following (or at least, lashed them with a wet noodle) the proper standards so I'm in a quandary.
The dragon engraving is hopefully another clue.
Thanks.

Looks to be identical now that I have an example to compare it to.
Thank you very much.
