Hello Krisztián
it is the coat of arms of the Polish—Lithuanian Commonwealth.

The mark could be the double cross of the Jagiellonians.
I do not know, if the spoon is original or from historism.
Best regards, Ringo

Hello Ringo!
Thank you for your help about the coat os arms! It's important, because help to determine the region where the spoon could make. But I think, that isn't from LÅ‘cse/Leutschau/LevoÄa. The mark isn't resemble the other that I know from this town, plus the practice is obvious, all the examples I know, is allways with a maker's mark. And in Hungary almost allways was the hallmark with fineness number.
The biggest problem is, that I cannot too identify the age of the spoon, only my suggestions I have.
Best regards!
