Hi welcome to the forum,
My first impression; Indian/Asean , could you try to capture a clear enhanced image of the mark, macro function digital camera normal daylight, no flash. And some images of the complete case, back and sides could be helpful.

Hi,
A better image of the contents of the inner shield is required, but my first thoughts point to Libya.
