Hello iulik1984!
Welcome to the forum!
Unfortunatly we don't have any source for old romanian hallmarks, makers, guilds etc. (The exaption about this is Erdély/Transsylvania, and the old Hungarian areas which today belongs to Romania) But we know the systems and a lot of makers of the ambient countries, and this marks and engraves doesn't fit into the Hungarian, Austrian or Russian practice. So we think, these are from Moldova, or Tara Romaneasca. These are the discussions about items came (we believe) from there.

About the engraves and the shape of the spoons I think it's around 1850.
I hope this helps. If you find anything about the origin of your spoons, please, share us, we would really appreciated!
Best regards!
