Please Help ID Mark On Asian Salt Cellar #1

Please help identify age and maker on this Asian glass lined salt cellar? with spoon. It is 6 sided with 4 floral panels and 2 Asian character panels. It is 1 3/8 inches tall and 1 3/4 inches across the top. Thank you.
