Charles Adam silver caster insert

Hi to all,
Looking for some info regarding other inserts for George I casters, I know of later inserts being made for earlier casters, what I would like to know is there others around that have the mark of the maker to match the caster. Up till now I have not being able to locate any, any information would be greatly received as I am coming to the end of my tether on this one.
As you can see from the pictures, the sleeve is slightly shorter in length than the top, as the sleeve is open this would allow a much reduced (mustard powder I would presume) flow of the condiment.
