unidentified silver hallmark: two crossed keys with crown and the number '12'

Fiedler was a maker in Posen (pl. Poznań).

but is it silver? and how old is it?

75% silver and about from 1840

thank you for the info, may i ask also, what does the letter 'B' stands for
and where can i find mor information regarding the maker 'Fiedler'?

B is probably the "Ältermann-Buchstabe"
