800 Silver Soup Tureen of Unknown Origin and Age

The only stamp I am sure of is the 800 mark. If the left mark is the Italian 1930s national mark then I am clueless as to what the far right stamp represents. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The photos don't show the lid but it is topped with an artichoke shaped finial. The lid does not have a notch for a ladle but I am told that the tureen is complete with one.
