I have this salt cellars, but the marks is unidentified for me...

the hallmark is similar to Pernau

I am not sure, but there was a goldsmith- master Samuel Gottlieb Nagel III
* 1770 ca.
cit. 12.5.1796
oo 26.12.1796 Maria Magdalena Rahm
+ 3.11.1841 (71 years old)

Theoderich is absolutely right - Samuel Gottlieb Nagel from Pernau.
