This is part two. I need help to Identify what is this Silver bowl? If anyone would be able to tell me some history on it will be helpful too. I am looking for helpful info: What year is this? What Country? What is the name of this bowl?

Looks like Iran to me.

We are not given dimensions and it looks to me as if there is not a view of the whole item. If I am right in thinking that this is the ornate lid to a rather plainer bowl, not over-large, I would suggest that this is a powder bowl for a lady's dressing table. It would have been used to contain face powder and a powder puff. I am familiar with such pieces from the 1930s. I don't know enough about female make-up fashions to guess at how much earlier or later such pieces were also being made.

I can't add anything to the useful thread referenced by Dognose as far as maker/retailer is concerned.
