Italian Designer 14K Yellow &n White Gold Bracelet, Hoping to ID Designer, 3 tiny cartouches, '14K' 'ITALY' and what may be 'COV' or an abstract symbol. any help is appreciated, Thanks, Herbie.

The marks in the photos, are not legal hallmarks for gold in Italy, at least since 1935. The bracelet and the word ITALY suggest a more recent date.
It is advisable to test the metal.
