Swiss silver mark with Canadian Coat of Arms..

Can anyone identify the date of this piece and possibly who it was made for..I found it at a antique store that was closing. This appears to be sterling or a very heavy silverplate..I am not sure..Possilbe all silver. I would like to know if anyone knows the age possible etc of this piece many thanks in advance
