Help with Hallmark

I am struggling to interpret the hallmark on a pair of silver sugar tongs. The mark is quite worn, but I cannot make out the standard mark, so it is therefore difficult for me to place the rest. Any help would be gratefully received

Hi Claire,

Please try again with the marks, but make them a large sharp close-up.

That's great.

That's a silver-plater's mark used by William Page & Co. of Birmingham.
