I am new to hallmarks and I am trying to identify the hallmark on a cane/walking stick that pulls out as a ruler.

It was made by T.Briggs & Sons and was probably made in the late 19th century/early 20th century

The hallmarks relate to London 1909. If you can post a clearer image of the maker's mark, we should be able to help.
