Strange funnels

I found these "minifunnels" on a antiques fair recently. There are no marks neither on the box nor on the "funnels". I anticipate that they are silver because who would make a box to something worth nothing. I have no idea what they are meant for. I hope you do...Please note their size, only 15mm.

Hi Qrt.S,
Much medical equipment was made of silver, and often unmarked, as it was not often retailed as such.
I'm thinking stethoscope end pieces, I believe they are referred to as bells.

Brilliant Trev! That is most likely the correct answer. Thank you.

Good evening! Sorry, I have a question, is there a hole in that "funnels"? If not, it can't be stethoscope ends. Earplugs?

Dear elenabutov, of course there is a hole!

Hello, tend to believe in a medical use too, but have seen them in use for refilling glas decanters (tantalus) with alcoholic beverages - dual use, so to speak. And the doctor might like to take a drink after hours... Regards, Bahner

@Bahner
??? Please note that the funnel's diameter is less than 10 millimeter! What can you pour in such a small "bowl"?
For the moment I stick to Trev's suggestion.
