So I'm pretty sure this is actual silver not silver plate but I'm not 100% so Im posting here. Closest hallmark I could find was Egypt. Any info you have would be appreciated. Sorry for the poor image the hall mark is slightly smaller then a sesame seed so this is a picture through a 20x magnifying loupe.
