Unknown marks

Hi
Can anyone help with the marks on this sugar bowl, it looks like an H on its own, plus the makers name im not sure maybe a GA something something x

Hello
Your sugar bowl was made by Charles Harleux, a manufacturing silversmith working in Paris at 32-34 rue Pastourelle. He registered this mark on 3 April 1891. No date is given for cessation of activity. Source: French Ministry of Culture website.
There appears to be a Minerva head silver standard mark that has been partially obliterated with an H (?). I don't know what this means.

Hi Jay thanks for that, I can see it now, still puzzled about the letter H.
