Hi welcome to the forum.

On your cooking plate induction not plate but silver serving utensils.

1.) meat serving fork, 2.) pastry server, 3.) wet fruit/pea/vegetable serving spoon for vegetables that need to be strained from their cooking liquid, 4.) gravy/soup ladle and 5.) fried egg (spiegelei) serving spoon.

Dutch solid .833 fineness silver. See: V.K. within G or horseshoe, frame 2 conjoined vases for; Gerritsen & van Kempen n.v. Zeist around 1926/? (1961)

Lion passant above to standard mark silver .833 fineness used 1814-1953
Minerva head/office mark with regional assay office letter B for city of Utrecht.
Date letter H for 1942.

On your wet spoon :

Gerritsen & van Kempen with the sword mark: standard mark for; small work silver minimum 833 fineness= 83.3% pure silver and used on small work without date letter and office mark and in combination with maker's mark.
