Just wondering if anybody can identify these marks for these three pieces.
I'm new to buying silver etc and ned some help. Is it silver or silver plate?

They're plated. The letters are EPBM, which stands for Electro Plated Britannia Metal.

Thanks for that. I wanted to try and start a silver collection off and wondered if the quality is any good.......and what would be the best way to clean it up?
