Hi Guido,
Are there no other marks? Sometimes it takes time to search for marks in an item like your cruet.

Hi Guido, nice and important cruet set!

Initials/monogram PVE conjoined, 18th century Belgian master registered in Brussels; Petrus van Eesbeeck. Baptized 30-5-1691, master 5-12-1717, buried 27-10-1742.

The cruet set below is not made by Petrus van Eesbeeck but looks similar with the proper Brussels guild marks;
