Need help identifying this Mark and manufacturer

I don't have a clue where this was made or this hallmark? I was told it was an American company, but from my research it says items marker is the fashion of sterling 855 its international. There is a hallmark but I can't identify it. Please help!!! How do I upload pics IMG_4470.PNG
