Silver Spoon - "H.R. & Co. Philadelphia"

Hello,
We were given a set of old silver for our wedding, and six of the spoons have a mark that reads, "HR & CO Philadelphia". I've looked in the sources that I have for makers, but came up with nothing. Any ideas?
