13 1/4 Loth mark and initials on spoon

This spoon, which I assume is Norwegian has marks as shown. The initials are ?IH. I assume the first initial may be a D? Any idea of the age or maker? Thanks! Adam
The spoon is made by Oluf Johannesen Hovland in Arendal (Norway) in work 1861 - 1901.
The widow and son closed down in 1930.
