the red coral - say possible Middel east.

Thanks Hose_dk, red Coral not only used in middle East decorative piece but also in Italy.

yes - they are used many places. But the blue and the red coral is very much Middle east.
However the circle is a flower also used in that area.
Without marks its impossible to locate exact. But The piece look like that origin to me.
