2 LITTLE CARS ONE HAS A NUMBER PLATE. ARE THEY SILVER MARKS OR ARE THEY A VEHICLE REGISTRATION PLATE?

Hi
I have 2 miniature silver cars, one has no markings at all and one has markings on its registration number plate. At first the markings looked familiar to me. I thought it was from Italy but after searching Italian makers and marks I don't think it is. Now i am confused because as u can (hopefully) see, the marks read 975 and then 800. I wondered if there was a 1 under the dirt before the 975 to indicate the year 1975 but after checking more closely this isn't the case. If anyone recognises these marks please let me know. The close up photo is a little blurred and if it isn't clear enough please let me know and i will take another.
