please need help to identify this silversmith: 800 HU
I have buy in Italy and look old but dont now if are Italian

I sometimes find objects that only have "800 XX" or "900 XX" where the "X" represents a letter ::: When I research these marks, the best we can come up with is "European Continental" so the best guess would be Swiss or Belgium or Austria ::: If there are no other hallmarks whatsoever, I think this is the best I can come up with ::: Maybe another person can say something helpful, but I just know it is Continental Europe, but I know this doesn't narrow it down very much :::
Perhaps the style of the cups can help?

Suspect this is Middle Eastern, perhaps Turkish...
