Sheffield candleholder?

hi again all,
Am I write?
if not mistaken is this a sheffield item, dated in the 18th century, sterling silver and the makers? cannot find them...

Yes, it's Sheffield sterling but it's 20th century; that lower case m is 1904. WL&S is Walter Latham & Son whose workshop or factory was at Brocco Works, Solly Street, Sheffield.

Looks as if somebody tried to wire the candlestick for electric light.
