German WW I enameled watches

Hi,
This is a benevolent warning to collectors, without mentioning the source or links.
There has been a general agreement not to discuss fakes in details. Most of fakes appeared in Russian section (cloisonné).
Something new has emerged lately; even more profitable than poorly done Russian cloisonné flooding the market, and more difficult to disclose: Faked enameled cases of genuine watches, chains and fobs described as German WW I awards to pilots (Luftwaffe), medical stuff (German Red Cross), Kriegsmarine (German Navy) and high ranking officers, Iron Cross awards etc.
Chains are not properly marked and cast from the same mold, both in gold and silver and newly printed watch dials with Iron Crosses.
In a word, beware of being lucky with a ``great`` find of a watch with Keiser`s enameled portrait.
Regards
