Hello.

Has anyone seen this mark before?
This is an oddity that continues to elude me.
Any information is more than I have now. The mark on the right could be Arabic or ?
It was stamped into the base of a small bowl that was not tested but made of a silver or silver like white metal.

The dot is arabic for the number 0 and the upside down v is an 8. Which might mean 80%.??

Would it be possible to see images of the whole item, give a better of what we are looking at.

Hi Warren,

Here the only pictures have of the item, hopefully it will help.
The marks are in the base of this small bowl that has no embellishments at all.
It almost appears to be a tray from a balance it is so plain.
The second picture is blurry but you can see it is very plan and measures only about 2 inches across.
