Continental Silver Co Tray - strange marks

Quick Question.
I have a large tray with the same hallmark of "Continental Silver Co." as the top portion of the image in this post: viewtopic.php?t=38539
The only difference is mine has a standing rampant lion to the left of the mark (very similar to the Scottish sterling mark, but the line is straight on the underside.) Then there is another symbol to the right that looks like an upside down crown with a flag coming up?
There is another hallmark set on the opposite underside rim of the tray. So two hallmarks. Is this common?
Any ideas on this?
