Need Help identifying pieces

The brooch measures 4-1/2" long, and 1-3/4"Wide. It has 2 birds on top looking like they come together, with 4 dangle crosses, on top piece. Second piece has 2 butterflies on each side, 2 masked faces, I think, and 2 more dangle crosses. 3rd and bottom piece has 2 Etched in Crosses, with 6 dangle people, or some kind of monkey. I'm not too sure, because the arms look long, that is why I'm thinking it may be some kind of monkey. On the back, it is stamped 0900 on the very bottom piece. I can't seem to find anything like this. It came with 2 Earrings, with similar markings and dangles, and on the back has 900 stamped. Any help would be extremely appreciated, as I have searched everywhere for about 2 months and am at a loss of what it is. All pieces have tested positive for Sterling Silver. Thank You
