Need Maker for Palermo, Italy PA142

Anyone have a list of the Palermo, Italy makers? Trying to ID this relatively modern fish set made in 800 silver.

I am confused however by the PA 142 mark, which is not the official mark which should be 'star - 142 - PA'. The trade mark does seem to be the one that surmounts their factory.
Hopefully someone can explain this.

Not the clearest of images, but the logo can just be made out above the Gaetano D'agostino factory at Palermo:
