According to marks, it is a French item.
An old woman looking to right with an "1" : 950 silver from "départements" (i-e France except Paris), 1819-38
An old man looking to left with two number : garantee for big silver items from "départements" (i-e France except Paris), 1819-38
MMB in a losange : silversmith to indetify
