Help please with decanter frame - possibly Hungary?

Hello,
I am hoping someone may be able to help me with some small hallmarks on a silver decanter frame. The decanter is ruby glass and probably Bohemian but I don't think the marks are. They may be import marks for Hungary but I really don't know and wonder if one of you recognises them.
