If you can't improve the marks photos with daylight (natural light), can you list for us the lettering that you can read. Kind of gets muddled after the first Zed (Z.) initial. (Might be something beginning as Zell..., so perhaps pointing to a Germanic language region with that 90 standard?)

Best I'm reading is Z. D. Lagop..(3 or 4 more letters), thence a break, followed by another mark containing a V second from the end.

The lettering is one thing. I tried reading it under several lighting to no avail. The logo however, the star and X ?

Just to be clear, does each of the four pieces have this full set of marks on the handle reverse side including the 90 grade, the lettering, the item left of the star X mark, and the star X. (I'm willing to bet Bahner is going to have your answer after eventually seeing this.)

Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
The mark on the far left of image 2 is yet to be posted. We need to see images (embedded please, not thumbnails) of all of the marks.
In images 3/4/5, the lettering on the far right is likely 'Metal Blanc'.

I'm afraid you have a made up set by by several different makers.
To attempt to discuss them here would only lead to confusion, so if you want to know about the various marks, you need to start a new separate topic for each one.

I have identified the rest of the pieces. Just the star and x emblem and the "z.d l........) remain a puzzle
