I found this piece and was hoping someone could help me identify it. I know that one of the marks on the bottom indicates that it is 84 silver. I tried looking at the alphabet to decifer the other marks but had no luck. I would appreciate any information you can give me. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Also if you know what this would have been used for. The carvings made me think it might be for a wedding since It appeared to me that there are three scenes one with a mother, father & daughter, one with a mother, father and son and one with a young couple.
