Please help identify silver hallmark spoons and forks/ Dutch Belgian

Hello,
First of all I'm sorry for my English.
I found some old forks and spoons at my grandma's house. After research at your website i found similar marks with dutch 1830 marks(hand holding something,wreath, and E).
This 2 forks have different marks but same initials.
