Fish Server marks

I recognize the Austrian mark from about 1857, but can't find what the "CS" mark (silversmith?) means.
This mark has been reliably attributed to Cyrillus Schillberger, Vienna,master since 1853. Active until 1879 (reference: museum in Prossnitz, Moravia).
Compare with this image of his mark.
