Hi welcome to the forum,
Silver coffee and tea set Belle Epoque Period. The cream jug is not showing or missing.
Seems to be solid silver. The last image shows the maker's mark of Delheid Frères, active in Brussels 1862-1980. A 800 for Argent(silver) 800/1000 fineness

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
The maker is Delheid Frères, Belgium.

Marks are depicted here:

Good news; I think there is ``800`` in lozenge (for fineness) meaning it`s silver.
Regards

The other maker's mark is for Wolfers Frères’ Workshop (Gebroeders Wolfers), triangle with 3 stars. Fineness mark 800/1000

Yes, Wolfers Frères’ Workshop mark; three pentacles (5-point stars) contained in a triangle. The number 1 in between the pentacles, its purpose is not clear to me but it could be a reference number.
