HELP ID THIS MARK PLEASE

Hello guys,
Posting this one under "German Silver" since i am 99% sure it is German BUT can not identify the maker mark on it.
could not find the "crescent moon & crown" mark or other silver marks on it.
Your thoughts? could this be plated?
measurements are: 13/17/7 cm, 497grams
