Spoon maker ID

Hello. I'm not sure that this is for the German section. Maker's mark looks like HD, HO, or reverse, or maybe CH. There is another mark I cannot make out. The detail scroll work is just great. 23 cm. Please any assistance with maker's mark. Thank you.
