Russian silver hallmarked plate.

Hi everyone and thank you all for your help in advance; hopefully..
I have a Russian silver plate with hallmarks. It measures 23.5cm approx. and weighs 83 grams. Could someone explain the hallmarks makers name anything else with be So appreciated thank you...

Can't help on the marks. The text round the piece translates as "Drink to (good) health"

Moscow assayer is
Vasilii Aleksandrovich Petrov
Worked in Moscow 1883 - 1893.
Пробирный мастер: Василий Александрович Петров,
работал в Москве с 1883 по 1893 год.
This is what I have
Maker`s mark is beyond recognition.

Hi all!
Most likely the maker of this plate is famous Moscow silversmith Alexander Ful'd (Александр Фульд) who was known in 1862-1917.
Assayer Vasiliy Petrov worked in 1883-1886. Since 1887 he is not mentioned in the staff list of the Moscow assay office.

Yes, it really looks like ``АФ``. Easier now when Ubaranda recognized it.
